Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Christmas baubles (if opened from their original sealed packaging)
- Bed sets & Bedding (if the packaging seal is broken)
- Bottles, vases & jars (if used or washed)
- Christmas tree skirts (if used)
- All Christmas decorations that are personalised or made-to-order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and the shipping address for your return.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include your Returns Authorisation Number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to an error on our part. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the standard returns process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the shipment of your new item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
