Shipping Information

We work hard to get your Christmas cheer to you as quickly as we can!

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. The cost is £12.95. Your order should arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Free Shipping: For all orders over £50, enjoy free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates and apply to most destinations. Delivery to some remote or excluded areas in Asia may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can follow its journey to your home!

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We want you to be utterly delighted with your festive finds. If an item isn’t perfect, we’ll do our best to make it right. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Exceptions: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers and due to the seasonal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Christmas baubles, if opened from their original sealed packaging.
  • Bed sets & Bedding, if the packaging seal is broken.
  • Bottles, vases & jars, if they have been used or washed.
  • Christmas tree skirts, if used.
  • Any Christmas decorations that are personalised or made-to-order.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and the shipping address for your return.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include your Returns Authorisation Number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Funding

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to an error on our part. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refund Timelines: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.

Heads Up! Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the standard returns process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the shipment of your new item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
