Delivery Options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): via DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (orders over £50): via EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the items are delivered to your address.

We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of receipt.

Non-returnable items:

• Christmas baubles if opened from original sealed packaging
• Bed sets & bedding if packaging seal is broken
• Bottles, vases & jars if used or washed
• Christmas tree skirts if used
• Personalised or made-to-order Christmas decorations

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
